"Friends of Miami's Paper Program, I am saddened to share with you that today, Dr. Bill Scott, retired professor of Miami's Paper program, passed away in Oxford. Update from Gary Rudemiller

Friends of the Foundation,

Our friend Bill Scott did one more noble thing before he departed this earth: he donated his body to science to help train medical students at the University of Cincinnati medical school. Thus, the family is being patient about planning a memorial service. An announcement may be available in the coming weeks, and when it is, I will share it with you.
His daughter, Alison, has shared some information with me. First, Bill's wife Ginny has received plenty of flowers, so any desire to honor Bill can be through a donation to the Bill Scott Honorary Scholarship Endowment which we established three years ago. She shared that Bill was very honored to have that created in his name; you can donate at this link by selecting the Bill Scott scholarship. If people would like to send cards, she is sure Ginny would appreciate it; her mailing address is 200 McKee Ave, Oxford, OH 45056.
Please keep Ginny and daughters in your thoughts and prayers, as well as the repose of the soul of Bill. He made such a positive impact on many of us.
