Roseburg Forest Products announced that Cybelle White has been promoted to the role of Chief of Staff and officially joins the company's Executive Team. Ms. White stepped into this role at the first of the year.
As Chief of Staff, Cybelle White will focus on aligning strategic initiatives, fostering communication and quick decision making, and executing projects on the CEO's behalf. She will also lead the executive team's work in Board engagement. The overall purpose of the role is to drive results by strengthening execution, follow up, and accountability.
Cybelle first joined the company in 2016 as executive assistant to then-President and CEO Grady Mulbery. Her scope and influence steadily expanded, and in 2022, she was named Manager of Executive Office and Board Relations. In that role, she worked to streamline and create efficiencies within the executive office and board of director structures, and she led the company's team of executive assistants.
