Norske Skog: New Senior Vice President Commercial - Christoffer Bull

The responsibility for the role of Senior Vice President Commercial will be assumed by Christoffer Bull, who is already a member of the Corporate Management through his position as Senior Vice President Business Development. Christoffer has extensive experience from a variety of commercial and strategic roles within Norske Skog and will provide continuity in the Group's sales and marketing activities.

Christoffer Bull commented:

"I am honoured to take on this responsibility and look forward to helping continue the strong commercial work that has been built up over many years. Norske Skog has competitive products, a highly capable sales organisation, and strong relationships with customers around the world. My role will be to support the organisation, stay close to our customers, and contribute to profitable growth by further developing the strong partnerships and market positions we have already established."

Robert Wood retires

After nearly four decades with Norske Skog, Robert Wood retired on 1 August. Throughout a long and distinguished career, Robert has been a key contributor to the development of the Group's sales and marketing organisation and an important representative of Norske Skog to customers and business partners around the world.

Robert first joined Norske Skog in 1987 and, over his 34 years with the Group, held a number of senior positions within the sales organisation. Among other roles, he served as Vice President Commercial, Managing Director of Norske Skog's Central European operations, Vice President European Sales, and General Manager for PanAsia in Shanghai. His broad experience, strong market insight, and extensive network of relationships have been of great value to the company over several decades.

CEO Geir Drangsland expressed his appreciation for Robert's contribution:

"Robert has been a very important part of Norske Skog for many years. He has represented the company with professionalism, integrity, and great commitment, and has helped build strong customer relationships and market positions through changing market conditions. On behalf of the entire Group, I would like to thank Robert for the significant contribution he has made throughout his career at Norske Skog. We wish him all the best in his retirement."

In recent years, Robert has held two key roles at Norske Skog: Senior Vice President Commercial and member of the Corporate Management, as well as Sales Director at Norske Skog Skogn. These responsibilities will now be continued by existing resources within the Group.
