On December 21, 2023, Enviva Inc. appointed Glenn T. Nunziata to the board of directors of the Company, effective December 21, 2023.
Mr. Nunziata serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and also serves as the Company's principal accounting officer.
