CONKLIN (From news reports) -- Multiple emergency crews responded to a building fire located at International Paper in Conklin on Wednesday, Dec. 11.

Conklin Volunteer Fire, Five Mile Point Fire, Broome County Sheriff's Office and Broome County Volunteer EMS were all on scene.

The plant general manager said he was unable to provide a comment at this time while crews worked to put out the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
