The forest industry company Stora Enso aims to sell its forest assets at least at the book value, writes Dagens industri (Di), which has taken part of information.
According to the business newspaper's information, the company's CEO, Hans Sohlström, said during a presentation that the deal will not be done unless it is done at an amount corresponding to the book value.
Di's estimates indicate that the assets are valued at around SEK 8.6 billion.
In early October, Stora Enso announced that it plans to sell around 12 percent of its total forest assets. This concerns 1.4 million hectares of forest located in Sweden.
