HELSINKI – Stora Enso announced this week that it is postponing the reorganization of its Renewable Packaging Division that was announced on 21 March 2014 and was originally intended to be implemented as of 1 July 2014.

Following Jouko Karvinen’s decision to leave his position as CEO and the announcement of the appointment of Karl-Henrik Sundström as the new CEO, it has been decided to postpone the reorganization until the CEO transition has been completed.

Until the reorganization is implemented, the Renewable Packaging Division businesses will continue to report to the CEO.
