Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired a 25% equity interest in Concept Packaging Group LLC, through Tri-Wall's wholly owned subsidiary.

Concept Packaging Group LLC is a heavy duty packaging manufacturer, headquartered in South Carolina. Concept Packaging Group LLC manufactures and sells packaging materials, such as heavy duty corrugated packaging, mainly for automotive-related industries.

Rengo has developed its heavy duty packaging materials business including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. Now, with the addition of Concept Packaging Group LLC, Rengo enhances the production capability and its network in the United States.
