L.P. to restart Peace Valley OSB Mill in Fort St. John, B.C.
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. (From news reports) - Louisiana-Pacific Corporation has announced they will restart production at the Peace Valley OSB Mill in Fort St. John.

L.P. closed the facility in 2019 due to low lumber prices.

On Tuesday, the company announced they will have started the process to restart the facility.

The company expects to spend $10 million on capital expenditures at the facility this year.

It's not clear when the facility will be up and running at full capacity.

When the mill was closed in 2019, 190 people worked for Louisiana-Pacific.
