Imperial Dade Acquires S. Freedman & Sons, Inc., Expands Across Mid-Atlantic

JERSEY CITY, N.J. & LANDOVER, Md. (News release)-- Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products, and janitorial supplies, today announced the acquisition of S. Freedman & Sons, Inc. ("SFS" or the "Company"). The transaction represents the 96th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

S. Freedman & Sons, Inc. is a fourth generation led business servicing customers in numerous states across the Mid-Atlantic.
