COLUMBIA FALLS, Mont. (From news reports) -- Fire crews returned to the Weyerhaeuser Plant in Columbia Falls early Friday morning, Feb. 21, to extinguish a fire.
Columbia Falls Fire Chief Karl Weeks said the first fire, which happened Wednesday morning, originally started in an electrical box in the electrical control room.
Weeks says hotspots were still going and that the second fire started from a hot spot in a hard-to-reach area, with crews dispatched at 6:36 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
