Boise Cascade Company has acquired the assets of Parksite's Lakeland, Florida door shop, adding to its extensive millwork operations and bringing the total number of millwork locations to 15. The transaction, finalized today, involves only the Lakeland location, with Parksite retaining ownership of its remaining 21 locations across the U.S.

The Lakeland door shop offers a range of premium entry and decorative glass doors with Therma-Tru PrismaGuard premium finish options. Boise Cascade plans to expand this selection to include Simpson doors and interior flush and molded doors. This acquisition allows Boise Cascade to enhance its presence in Florida, working alongside its Milton, Florida millwork facility to ensure comprehensive distribution of Therma-Tru products throughout the state.

Boise Cascade currently operates 14 millwork facilities in high-growth markets across the U.S., specializing in exterior and interior doors, frames, hardware, and pre-finishing options.
