Arctic Paper chose Tietoevry to harmonize their processes and speed up digitalization

Arctic Paper S.A., one of the leading European producers of high-quality graphical paper, has selected Tietoevry to modernize their key business processes and harmonize their operations. The contract covers providing TIPS Industry Solutions and Services for Arctic Paper's sales offices plus two mills in Sweden and one in Poland.
TIPS combines standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with industry-specific Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and automation, enabling the needed flexibility in the customer's business operations.

"To be a modern and attractive workplace and meet the future we, together with Tietoevry, take further steps in our digitalization strategy. With the implementation of TIPS, we believe it will create even more business value for our current and future stakeholders," says Michal Jarczyński, CEO of Arctic Paper SA.

"We look forward to the collaboration with Arctic Paper as their strategic partner and are committed to fulfil their needs to enable successful business renewal. Replacing the old, mill-specific processes with the supply chain part of TIPS, Sales, Plan and S&OP will improve efficiency, give a real-time view of the whole supply chain, and help the customer to break new ground in the competitive market" says Carsten Henke, Head of Pulp, Paper & Fibre, Tietoevry Industry.

Arctic Paper produces numerous types of high-quality papers for printing houses, paper distributors, book and magazine publishing houses, the advertising industry and packaging producers.

TIPS Industry Solutions and Services is optimized for the pulp, paper, fibre, board, tissue, non-woven and packaging industries, utilizing industry-proven best practices. It is the leading MES and has already been installed in more than 300 locations worldwide.
