Domtar Corporation, a part of the Paper Excellence Group, and First Quality Enterprises, Inc. announced that they have entered into an agreement to sell Domtar's Dryden pulp mill to First Quality.
The Paper Excellence Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Domtar Corporation, on April 1 announced the successful closing of its previously announced acquisition of Resolute Forest Products Inc.
