International Paper Company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sylvamo Corporation ("Sylvamo"), has priced $450 million aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior unsecured notes due 2029. The offering is expected to close on September 3, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
The agreement enables pharmaceutical freight forwarders access to Pegasus ULD® containers directly from Korean Air. Korean Air and mutual clients will also have access to other Sonoco ThermoSafe containers as part of this agreement.
