BAODING, China -- Orient Paper, Inc. announced that the Company postponed the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders ("Annual Meeting") that was originally scheduled to be held on September 25, 2017, at 10:00 AM local time in Wei County, China, due to a lack of the requisite quorum.

The Company will announce a new date for the Annual Meeting in the near future.
