Green Bay Packaging Inc. announced that is has acquired Baird Display, a Wisconsin Corporation. The acquisition was effective 30 April 30, 2015 and terms of the deal were not disclosed, the company said.

"The acquisition is an excellent fit for Green Bay Packaging. Baird Display is an innovative company that adds to our point of purchase display capabilities and expands our market presence. Baird has excellent leadership values and a culture that parallels our own," said Will Kress, CEO and President of Green Bay Packaging.

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a family-owned, vertically integrated company consisting of corrugated container plants, folding cartons, recycled and virgin linerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label rollstock, specialty converting operations, timberlands, and a sawmill facility.
