Firefighters extinguish blaze at RR Donnelley facility

LANCASTER, Penn. (From Lancaster Online) -- Fire in a printing press caused $50,000 damage at R R Donnelley & Sons in Lancaster Monday morning, an official said.

Paper caught fire in a press at the company's facility at 4:45 a.m., city fire Lt. John Musselman said. No one was injured.

Employees reported the fire and firefighters put it out with extinguishers.

Part of the printing press was taken apart and cooled down. Firefighters worked on the call for two hours.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
