ENGLAND (From the North West Evening Mail) -- Crews extinguished a fire at a Barrow Kimberly-Clark facility in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Firefighters from Barrow and Ulverston attended Kimberly-Clark in Park Road at 1:43 a.m.

On arrival the crews found that the fire involved a waste paper skip.

They extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet and a large fan was used to clear the smoke.

Firefighters were on the scene for around an hour and a half.
