NORTH CHARLESTON, South Carolina (From The Post and Courier) -- A small fire outside the KapStone paper mill in North Charleston on Tuesday afternoon, 5 May 2015, has been contained, authorities said.

"There's no threat to a structure," said Bianca Bourbeau, spokeswoman for the North Charleston Fire Department.

Wooden pallets caught fire outside the KapStone Paper and Packaging Corp. plant on Virginia Avenue, she said, but units have contained the blaze.
