Arctic Paper S.A. has announced the appointment of Göran Eklund as new CFO of Arctic Paper S.A. as at the 1st of September. Eklund was also appointed by the Supervisory Board as Management Board Member of the Company effective at the same date.

Eklund will replace Malgorzata Majewska-Sliwa on both positions.

Per Skoglund CEO, had this to say on that, "After nearly four years as CFO and board member we want to thank Malgorzata Majewska-Sliwa for her great contribution and wish her the best success in her future career."

Eklund graduated from the University of Karlstad, Department of Business Administration and Economics. He has got 22 years of experience in management of the companies, including finance departments.
