A state Rapid Response Team is in the process of setting up meetings with Verso Corp. to help Androscoggin Mill workers who will lose their jobs beginning this month.
SCA and Wausau Paper Corp. announced today that SCA will acquire Wausau Paper for USD 10.25 per share or total consideration of US $513 million in cash.
